Equity release
For homeowners over 55. Steve has advised on mortgages for over 30 years, and on equity release since 2007. We're whole-of-market, and only use providers who follow the Equity Release Council's rules.
We can meet you at home or in our office, and you're welcome to have family or friends with you.
Free initial consultation. Our advice fee is typically 1% of the loan (minimum £750).

We charge a fee for mortgage advice of between £nil and £495, payable on application. We also receive commission from the chosen lender, but a fee-paying option is available: we charge 0.5% of the mortgage advance on application and pass the lender's fee on to you (in addition to our application fee).
How we work
Most of our advice is given by phone and email, so it fits around you. Our phone lines are open 9am to 6pm on weekdays. If we can't answer, or it's after hours, leave a message and we'll call you back.
